Returns & Exchange 

Here at OiOi®, we stand behind our products and we take great pride in the quality of the craftsmanship of each and every item we produce. This is why we warrant all of our products against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 12 months from date of purchase.*

We ask that you return all defective products for our evaluation. This helps us to provide the best quality assurance to our customers. All defective items returned for warranty service will be replaced at our discretion.

*Please Note: This warranty does not cover damages caused by improper care, accidents, normal wear and tear  or the natural breakdown of materials (i.e., zipper wear, Velcro wear, etc.)

If an item is damaged or faulty, please notify us by calling 1300 131 693 with proof of purchase details.

OiOi will gladly replace or exchange any products, at our expense, under the following conditions :

1. The goods suffer from a manufacturing defect per our warranty conditions
2. If the shipment sent to you is the wrong product.

We will replace or refund any faulty products and pay for the return freight, on receipt and evaluation of the goods. Please include a written documentation as to what is wrong with the goods.

If you want to exchange an item for any other reason, you will be required to pay the freight. Goods for exchange must be returned within 3 weeks of invoice/order date in original condition and packaging.

If you receive the incorrect product, please notify us immediately for exchange at our cost.Please return in its original packaging, along with the receipt.

Please contact us on 1300 131 693 or at sales@oioi.com.au before returning any product, you will then be advised of the return address.

Disclaimer:

Our beautiful bags have been made from the best quality leathers from around the world. As leather is a natural material, inconsistency of colour and texture is normal and should not be considered a fault. Our leather is designed to fade and soften with time. Light colours are prone to absorbing other dye stuffs they come into contact with, so please take care when wearing light coloured items of clothing with your bag. Light coloured leathers can be prone to absorbing dark coloured clothing materials eg Denim.

Delivery & Freight

We always want you to receive the OiOi bag of your choice. If the item you require is out of stock in your country of purchase, we may be able to offer you the same item shipped from Australia. However, the shipping price will be different. In such circumstances, we will always contact you within 2 business days via email to explain any changes in shipping costs, and will not proceed with any order until we have your confirmation.

Postage and Handling Charges

All Local costs indicated below exclude GST. 10% GST will be applied and shown at Check Out.  Overseas Postage - GST does not apply.
