Shop with Confidence: 30-Day Returns
We want you to love what you choose. If something isn't quite right, we make returns and exchanges simple - so you can shop knowing you're covered.
How it works
Return or exchange any eligible item within 30 days of delivery. Items need to be in their original, unused condition with all OiOi tags attached, and we'll need your proof of purchase. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer.
What's not eligible for returns
- Items marked Clearance or Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.* (You'll always see this clearly noted in the product page description before you purchase.)
- Second/Sample items are also excluded.*
- Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
- Bundles need to be returned in full to be eligible.
*Unless faulty. Our 12-month warranty still applies.
How to return an item
- Email us at sales@oioi.com.au with your return or exchange request.
- We'll send through our returns address.
- Post your item back to us.
